My article for ROAR magazine

I am super excited and honoured to be part of the June issue of this wonderful magazine. It is coming out tomorrow, June 5th 2020 on the Full Moon and Eclipse. Here are the first couple pages of my article.

You can subscribe to the magazine for $4 per month. Each issue is filled with so much yumminess, incredible women, stories and photography. Here is the website if you would like to check it out: http://www.fiercefemininerising.com/

These are such intense times, in so many ways. Please let’s try and be kind to one another. May we put effort into not judging how others are sailing their boat at the moment. Everyone is doing their best. Most of us are relearning how to breathe and live with deeper wisdom, compassion and integrity, in our own way, in our own time.

It may not always look like it.

But it is happening.

This morning, I wrote a post on social media:

“The waves are huuuge at the moment and we all have our unique way of navigating them. There is no right or wrong way, and even less of a perfect way to be feeling, doing, thinking.
What we do need is to connect to our heart and let it lead the way.
More than ever I feel I have no answers.
What I do know with certainty is this: each one of us carries within himself/herself a wound AND a new seed.”

This quote is an extract from my book ‘Letters from the Wound’.

Take loving care of yourself and each other.

With all my love, as always

“The wound and the new seed.” Definitely sounds like a Goddess quote. And a perfect message for this month of June. Again, the photos are stunning, and so are your words.

Thank you so much Heather. I am so happy this resonates with you and am so grateful you get it and see the beauty too. Much love xxx

Natacha, your words are such a tonic for these strange and trying times.
I really love the idea of the wound and seed co-existing. Such insightful and true words as we hold our respective pain whilst being conscious of nurturing a new seed and being open to new possibilities and hope.
Beautiful. And, thank you!
